The bunk line is all concrete with concrete aprons. The pens feature wooden poles or cable lined pens. All of the waterer’s are self watering and heated.

Possession: Possession will be the date of the signed purchase price or lease the property for per month which includes: Grain Storage, Feedlot, Farmland and House. Or per month which includes: Grain Storage Only. The tenant is responsible for paying all operating expenses. The owner is a licensed Broker in the states of Colorado and Kansas.
