Byrd Ranch comes with 100 head of mama cows, 2 bulls, (Angus, Simmental, Angus cross, and Brangus. Bulls are Charolais and Simmental.) nearly finished home, shop building and lots of deer and turkey.
Very productive mixed cattle/hunting ranch located near Oktaha, OK, just 12 miles south of Muskogee. The home and shop/barn are both pole framed with concrete slab floors, all metal siding and roof. Rural water is available at the road and electric is at the barn. There is a good water well near the home as well.
The shop/barn is 30' x 60' x 12', 2 walk-thru doors and two 10' x 10' overhead insulated doors and a 16'x 60' shed off one side for machine storage.
