Farm Description

It has received some updates with portions of the home having hardwood floors and some laminate, and the kitchen has a tile floor. The kitchen was updated with new bottom cabinets, and the original upper cabinets were retained. The living room is very inviting, and would be a great place to spend time with family and friends. Window units provide air conditioning in the summer, and there are propane heaters to keep you warm in the winter. There is a hook up for washing machine, but currently not a hook up for the drier. The house is served by county water and an old well is on site, but not currently in use. The house also has a garage area on the east end. Many of the windows in the house have been replaced, and the two remaining windows are on site, but have not been installed. There is a magnolia tree in the front yard that is perfect for the kids and grandchildren to climb. The house would make a great getaway spot, or with some improvements could be a primary residence. There are 3 barns for equipment and hay storage on the property.

The Plummer Place is located a few miles south of Marion on Preacher Bell Road Leo Plummer Road. The land is an easy drive from bigger cities 60 miles to Tuscaloosa, 87 miles to Birmingham, 25 miles to Selma, 38 miles to Demopolis, and 158 miles to Mobile.
