Smoky Mountain Farm is contracted to grow for Koch's Foods Morristown Tennessee Complex with a 5.25 lb target at 40 days. Placement is about 111,000 birds per flock. This farm is capable of producing over in gross annual income. The four 42x500 broiler poultry houses were built in 2006. The houses feature solid side walls, Rotem Platinum Plus Controllers, Cumberland feeders with chickmates and turbo feeders, Agri-Alert Alarm, Tunnel Doors, and Spark-ignite brooders. The farm uses natural gas, well, and city water. The farm comes with a tractor, housekeeper, and other equipment as well. There are two stack sheds and a compost shed. The back side of the property has some open land. There is also a duplex home on the property that would be ideal for the farmowner. Smoky Mountain Farm is located just Northeast of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
