Operating six barn broiler operation currently contracted with Tyson. Home has full basement that you could easily add another bedroom and bath if needed. Four of the poultry barns were built in 1998, one in 2001 and the other in 2016. The farm has been very well maintained with updates on a continuing basis. New end doors were installed last fall, recently replaced all nipples in water lines, has the latest controllers (Rotem Platinum Pro) recently touched up the insulation with foam and etc.
Has a combo office/shop with attached shed and 50' X 60' stack shed. Has standing buyer for litter which can add considerable income. Equipment is available to continue operation and could be made part of a package deal. As with any change of ownership Tyson will likely require some additional updates prior to issuing a 10 year contract.
I have personally been in the poultry business for over 20 years and it is rare to find a farm maintained as well as this one.
