We have four poultry houses with 37 acres of land size 66'x600'. These houses are almost 10 yrs old. Good income, around annual.

These houses are running Rotem controllers and Chore-Time equipment. We also have turbo mate2 feeders just installed in the last year. New light bulbs have been installed last year also. All of our houses have 57” fiberglass fans, 6' cool cell, ziggity drinkers, a conveyor belt and much more. The farm has a 40'x60' stack house. Our farm is growing 8.5 pound birds with Koch Food in Pine Mtn. Valley plant. The farm also includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a nice gravel driveway.
