Farm Description

Southern Land Exchange is proud to present Briarcreek Horse Farm. As you can tell from the name, this property is for all the horse enthusiasts or aspiring horse enthusiasts out there. Briarcreek Farm was built from the ground up to be a working horse farm. It has everything and more to accommodate a substantial horse operation. The property consists of a 2500 sqft primary residence with +/- 36 acres and comes with 3 barns and a Southern Living Cabin. The barns consist of a large 70'x60' training barn (Barn 1) with twelve 10'x16' stalls, 10 interior stalls & 2 exterior stalls. The barn is connected to a 48'x48' indoor lunge arena which connects to a 177'X94' riding ring. Barn 1 also has a loft, three tack/feed rooms, an office area and a concrete foundation. Barn 2 is a 60'x64' and hay storage barn combined with horse stall area. Also in barn 2 is a large loft, and temperature-controlled tack room with separate feed room. Barn 2 has four 12'x14' stalls which all connect to paddocks and three small animal stalls (10'X10'). Barn 3 - 40'x48' open span building. All barns are Morton Built Barns.
