This property is Northeast of Humboldt Ranchettes, off of the River Ranch Exit. It is about 30 miles outside of Elko. The roads leading to the property are fairly good but at times are rutted. Although 4wd isn't necessary, a high clearance vehicle is recommended in some places.

The road that runs North and South leads right up to the property. There was a very visible marker on the Southeast Corner of the property.

Vegetation includes sagebrush, prairie grass, cactus and the occasional wildflower.

In the area I have seen Deer, Coyote, Rabbits, and Birds. The birds were calling back and forth to each other while I was on the property. Was nice and peaceful.

There was some water by the side of the road to the south of the property. The closest power is in the Humboldt Ranchettes. There are a few structures visible from the property, one to the Northeast and one to the southwest.

This would be a great property for someone who wants to live off the grid but close enough to a good town with full services.
