There is a third double-wide mobile home that can be purchased separately, or the owner will have it moved. The camp area is located outside the main enclosure and is fenced as well.

The main enclosure consists of +/-95 acres of open fields, food plots, and a dove field that range in size from 1 to 10 acres, and most food plots have a permanent shooting house. The remaining acres are primarily hardwood timber, roads, and bedding areas. There is a nice 2-acre bass and brim lake, well-stocked.

From Montgomery, Alabama travel west on State Highway 80 ten miles and turn left onto highway 21. Go 42 miles and turn right onto highway 28. Go one-half mile and the property is on the right.
