Pepperell Mill was one of the last cotton mills built in Alabama in the early 1920S. The home was later moved to its current location overlooking a beautiful 10-acre stocked lake in the 1980S. The historic home is beautifully crafted, featuring elegant crown molding, hardwood floors, and original finishes throughout. In addition to the primary home is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom guest house overlooking a 3 acre stocked pond. The home features a large open living room with a fireplace and full views of the pond.
