The year round spring is frequented by Elk, Mule Deer, Coyotes, Mountain Lions, and various small game. The property is accessed via maintained county road from US Hwy 550. This is a remote property with no electricity perfect for hunting camps or off grid cabins. Its less about 20 minutes from Cuba and an hour and a half to Farmington, Albuquerque, or Santa Fe.
