The tract consists of approx. 9-10 year old planted pine as well as mixed 25+ year old pine that was left standing during a previous cutting. Upon the first thinning age (12+) the older timber could be thinned to mesh the tract into a uniform stand or the areas could be clearcut and left as shooting plots/open areas. The access points are considered non-deeded across timber company from the north off Alt Hwy 2, or from the south across a private landowner on Washington Rd.

The property hasn't been hunted in years and with some work could be re-shaped into a nice recreation place with some future income from timber. Lots of deer and hog sign were on site.
