A culvert under the highway allows the deer to pass through in the creek to the not too far away Duck River on the other side of the highway. Of course, the deer circle the property and cautiously cross the road while being observed from the sunroom. Sadly, you will occasionally see one that didn't make it across.

Watching a turkey lead her chicks across the lawn to the open field is exciting. When a doe first brings her baby to the yard in June is a similarly exciting. The mother skunk with her babies on her back heading to a new home is mixed emotions.

The property is an excellent private place to enjoy nature, raise cattle and horses, and raise a family with immediate access to the small town and reasonable distance to the big cities.

From Tullahoma, TN take highway 41A North for 15 miles to intersection with TN highway 64, turn left on TN highway 64 West and travel 3/4 mile. Property will be on right.

From Fayetteville Take highway 231North for 35 miles to intersection with highway 41A South, Turn right on 41A South and travel 7 miles to intersection with TN highway 64, turn right on TN highway 64 West, travel 3/4 mile. Property will be on right.
