The waterfall on this ranch is like none we've seen. Truly a one of a kind that spans the entire width of Johnson Creek. Ownership of the creek is on one side. There is only one neighbor on the other side of the creek and the flood plain is mostly on that neighbor's side. This should prevent any construction near the creek on that side helping to preserve the privacy for the owner of Johnson Creek Ranch. The neighbors across the creek to this point in time very rarely visit their ranch.
