This property does have septic for the house and it also includes an outhouse. They use a generator that is remotely controlled to power the cabin. They use a wood stove for heat and propane for cooking and hot water. There will be parts of the winter that the property might not be accessible, depending on the snow-fall. I believe that a snowmobile could then be used to get into the property. The property is eligible for a well. The owners have always hauled their water.
