From Rosenberg, Texas travel southwest of Interstate Highway 69 until you reach Spur 10. Turn south on Spur 10 and travel about 1.9 miles until you reach Sims Road. Turn right (southwest) onto Sims Road and travel about 1.5 miles southwest until you reach the property which will be on your left or the south side of the road. It is important to note that Sims Road changes to Zunker Road once you pass Finney Vallet Road.
