If you drive a sturdy 4x4 vehicle you can drive directly to this property if you can handle a brief uphill rocky patch. Otherwise, you should probably plan on hiking in the last two miles. There is platted access, but there has been no development of this gorgeous region.
The Grand Canyon has been proclaimed to be "The Eighth Natural Wonder of the World" and is "The Most Visited National Park". It is over a mile deep and up to 18 miles wide and stretches for 277 miles, covering 1,218,375 acres. You will be just a few miles from The Hualapai Indian Reservation, Guano Point and the Skywalk Glass Bridge. This glass bridge suspends visitors 4,000 Feet above the Grand Canyon floor. This is a view of the Canyon you will never forget.
The get to the subdivision you will drive down the middle of a very large canyon with breathtaking views of the Grand Wash Cliffs on your left and Iron Mountain on your right.
Meadview is the closest town, which is the entrance to the incredible Lake Mead National Recreational Area. You will only be about 85 miles to Las Vegas, 55 miles to Kingman, AZ, 120 miles to Lake Havasu City, and 80 miles to California. The new Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge has finally been completed, which drastically reduces the travel time to and from Las Vegas. This brings this area into commuter range of Henderson and Las Vegas.
There is 1,000 miles of shoreline in Mohave County alone. Here you will find an endless amount of outdoor activity available. You can go Horseback Riding, Camping, Hiking, Biking, Rock Climbing, as well as enjoy any Water Sport you desire.
The area is covered in various pinion, sage brush, native grasses, and other scattered trees.

And there are several springs right in the valley. Sewage would be by septic - if and when you build. As with all our properties, taxes are current and the titles are clean.
The property is "Zoned R-E" which is Single-Family Residence / Recreational. There are very few restrictions on the property. Mobile Homes, Modular Homes, and RV's are all allowed. There are no time limits on when to build and there are no association fees. You can also camp on your property while you visit the sites in the area.
