Hudspeth County is one of our favorite places. It's situated in far west Texas between El Paso County to the west and Culberson County to the east. This is a beautiful area. The air is clean, the water is clear, and there is basically no pollution and no crime here. The sunsets are as beautiful as you will ever see. The night sky is so clear you will be amazed by how many stars you can see.

The attitude is very much "live and let live". In the rural areas where our properties are located you are free to build or not build as you see fit. If you want to camp on your land, or park an RV, you can do so without restriction.

There is no zoning. You can build a mansion or a tiny home or anything in between. There are no Homeowners Association (Hoa) or Property Owners Association (Poa). There's just you, your freedom, and the beauty of nature. The climate is mild and dry, with an average minimum temperature of 30 degrees in January and an average maximum of 94 degrees in July.

Guadalupe Ranch is an undeveloped subdivision south of Dell City in Hudspeth County, Texas near the northern border of the state. This property is Lot 8A in Section 21 of Guadalupe Ranch.

This gorgeous approximately 5.216 acre property could make a wonderful farm, ranch or home site. It has northern frontage on Clydesdale Road, the main road into the subdivision.

You will be off grid. You will probably choose solar for electricity. You can talk with a well driller to see if a water well is the right solution for you, or you can have your water hauled from nearby Dell City.
