This 73 acre property was enrolled into the CRP program over 16 years ago. If has a mixture of hardwood trees that are producing acorns for the wildlife. The east side of this property is best suited for deer hunting, (also squirrels, rabbits, etc.) and the west side is best suited for duck hunting. Approximately 2/3 is higher deer hunting land and 1/3 is low, often floods duck hunting ground.
The duck hunting area was planted in Cypress Trees. There is an abundance of smart weed in this section. Two moist soil units were constructed in this area.
The owner reports there are a lot of big bucks on this land and also said they have killed a lot of ducks on this property. Photos of deer and ducks killed on this land are included in this listing along with photos of deer and ducks captured on game cameras.
This property borders the west side of Moody Road, just southeast of Bald Knob, Arkansas. The United States of America National Wildlife Refuge, (Bald Knob National Wildlife Refuge) is only 1/4 mile west of this property.

In Bald Knob, just south of the Bulldog Restaurant and by the Shell Gas Station and Convenience Store is the intersection of the U.S. Highway 64 and U.S. Highway 367 intersection. From this intersection, go southeast on U.S. Highway 64 (toward Augusta) 1.90 miles to Liberty Valley Road. Turn Right on Liberty Valley Road, (south) and go 0.40 miles to Collins Road and turn right, (west). From Collins Road turn left, (south) on Moody Road and go 0.40 miles. This land is on the right side, (west side) of Moody Road.
