From State Highway 65 on the north side of Clinton, Arkansas, turn East on State Highway 9 and go 5.90 miles to a private road on the south side, (right side) of State Highway 9.
Turn right on this private road easement and go to the end. This is where you enter this 80 acre ownership.
The easement road on State Highway 9 is 3.25 miles east of the Pee Dee Church sign, 1.70 miles east of the Stihl Dealer building and 0.90 miles east of the Pine Grove Church sign.
This land is approximately 4 miles southwest of Shirley, Arkansas.
