Chip Barron is a life long resident of Newnan and Coweta county, Georgia. He was first licenced in Georgia in 1968, and is co-owner of Lindsey's Inc., Realtors. He was Realtor of the year in 1991, and has been a member of the Million Dollar Club since its inception.Chip is past president of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors, and is a member of the executive committee and board of directors of the Georgia MLS. He is, also, past president of Newnan Hospital, the Newnan- Coweta Chamber of Commerce, the local United Way, the Newnan Kiwanis Club, and American Red Cross. He has 4 times been Chairman of the Deacons of the First Baptist Church of Newnan, and served 3 terms on the Board of Trustees of Mercer University. He is on the Advisory Board of BB&T in Newnan. He is an active member of the Georgia Bar. He is married and has 3 children and 5 grand-children.
