Hudspeth County is one of our favorite places. It's situated in far west Texas between El Paso County to the west and Culberson County to the east. This is a beautiful area. The air is clean, the water is clear, and there is basically no pollution and no crime here. The sunsets are as beautiful as you will ever see. The night sky is so clear you will be amazed by how many stars you can see.

The attitude is very much "live and let live". In the rural areas where our properties are located you are free to build or not build as you see fit. If you want to camp on your land, or park an RV, you can do so without restriction. There is no zoning. You can have a mobile home, prefabricated home, etc.

This can be your perfect tiny home land. There is no Homeowners Association (Hoa). There is no Property Owners Association (Poa). There's just you, your freedom, and the beauty of nature. The climate is mild and dry, with an average minimum temperature of 30 degrees in January and an average maximum of 94 degrees in July.

This property is located on the outskirts of the Dell Valley farming community and only 6 miles from down Dell City. You will be about halfway between El Paso and Carlsbad in Hudspeth County, Texas.

You will have tremendous views of the entire area. Guadalupe Mountains National Park is in view to the east, these are the tallest mountains in Texas. To the south are the Black Mountains and Flattop Mountain. Off to the west you will see the 3 peaks of the Sierra Tinaja Pinta Mounts, and the Cornudas Mountains are to the northwest.

This gorgeous 5 acre property is Lot 5A in Section 21 of Guadalupe Ranches. Guadalupe Ranches is an undeveloped subdivision. You will be off grid, utilities have not been run to the property. There is an enormous water aquifer under Dell City, you can look into the option of having a water well or truck water in from Dell City.

Lot 5A is along Clydesdale Road, the main road into the subdivision. Clydesdale has been nicely graded to within 330 yards of this property. One of the Guadalupe Ranches residents owns a road grader and would love to be hired to grade this last stretch in past your property.
